1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for defective or damaged products.
- To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Policy
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Returns will not be accepted for opened skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and items purchased during sales are non-refundable.
