1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation by Glowkit

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

3. Refund on Cancellations

• Approved cancellations are refunded within 5-7 business days.
